How it works
A simple flow with a clear status at every step. We don't skip steps and nothing is shown as confirmed before it is.
You send a request
Through the portal or as an inquiry without an account: what, when, where and for how many. You get a request number.
You get a quote
Price with VAT shown separately, cancellation terms and how long the quote is valid.
You accept the quote
If the amount is above your internal limit, the quote first goes for approval within your company.
We confirm the provider
A booking is confirmed only when the provider confirms the slot. Until then it says it is awaiting confirmation.
Statuses you will see
- Draft
- Request sent
- In progress
- Quote sent
- Quote accepted – awaiting confirmation
- Confirmed
- Completed
- Declined
- Cancelled
Changes and cancellations
Request a change or cancellation from the booking in the portal. The booking stays active until we process the request. If a fee applies, you see and confirm the amount before anything is cancelled.

You don't need an account for a single ride. For regular arrangements, open a business account and invite colleagues.
